To run or not to run?

This happens once or twice a year. Ice + water = absolute sliding, death for runners.
Of course you can tell yourself: "Okey, Not today". But what if you have too much energy and desire plus marathon in 2 month? You could give it a try.
The best weapon against ice are crampons. And there some pretty good running shoes models which have similar construction but from plastic, I saw one in Ecco stores. But If don't have one don't worry. Everything you need is concentration. Concentrate on your breath and feets, feel the ground, the balance and you can do it!
If you're not sure and don't have enough confidence practice a few falls before you start. If you fall one time by yourself you can do it safely any time. And try to avoid stairs and angles more than 5%. Good luck!
